Food Allergies & Contamination

cAKe Studio has your health interest at heart. Any customers that have any form of medical condition, food intolerances or food allergies please be aware in our kitchen there may be traces of products such as milk, eggs, gluten, seafood, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds & capsicum. cAKe Studio will not be liable for adverse reactions to food consumed or other items an individual may encounter while eating one of our products. We make every effort to reduce cross contamination of our products.

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges Policy

We regret to inform you that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any bakery items or special orders, whether purchased in-store or online.

Once an order has been received by the customer—via pickup or delivery—Alaska Cake Studio is not responsible for any damage, loss, or changes in quality that may occur after receipt.

Exceptions

In the event an order is reported as damaged, Alaska Cake Studio will review the circumstances on a case-by-case basis. We may, at our sole discretion, offer to repair the order, provide a replacement, or issue store credit.

For all product concerns, we will investigate the matter thoroughly. If a replacement or store credit is deemed appropriate, it will be provided at our discretion.

Should a refund be granted (at our sole discretion) a refund transaction fee equal to 10% of the total order amount will be deducted to cover credit card and processing fees.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for items purchased in-store or online, except in cases where the item arrives damaged. In such instances, please contact us immediately with details and photographic evidence of the damage. We will review the matter and, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or store credit.
